ALTEC has a suite of killer tools at their Web site. One of those tools will meet your survey creation and mining preparation needs perfectly. It is similar to http://www.surveymonkey.com and http://www.zoomarang.com with the exception that it is free and designed specifically for K16. It is not another repurposed business tool. The feature set is much more focused. The URL I'm sending will give access to all of the resources ALTECH offers.
